The Lord Reached Out to Me...in my Dream

 Greetings Everyone!

On Friday night (07/18/2025), I had a dream that I believe was from God. For the past two weeks I had been stressed and dealing with anxiety. But God reached out to me. He didn't forget me.

In the dream...

I found myself in this dark, evil realm. There were many other people there also. I don't remember everything that went on in this place. But I do remember darkness, fire, chaos, despair and evil beings. Despite these conditions, those of us who were trapped in this place tried to live our normal lives. I even tried to organize a party at one point. But my plans were ruined by the overall atmosphere.

Later in the dream, I was walking when suddenly I walked past this room with a window. I looked and saw a man sitting on a couch with his head turned away from me. There was another person sitting next to him and they were conversing. When I saw this man, I IMMEDIATELY knew who he was. It was Christ! I felt it! Just as Nebuchadnezzar saw the fourth man in the fire and knew he was the Son of God. It was undeniable.

I couldn't see his facial features (because he was turned away from me, speaking with someone next to him). But I remember that he was about a little over 6 feet tall, had black short hair, and brown skin, like that of someone Arab or Indian. He was wearing white pants and a white button shirt.

A few minutes later, I rushed into the room and sat down next to him. I wrapped my arms around him as if I were hugging a long, lost friend. I began crying out to Him

"Jesus, I need You!"
"Jesus, help me!"
"Jesus, I'm so sorry!"

Almost immediately, I saw a woman walk towards the couch from behind. She gently put her arms around Christ's shoulders and was begging the Lord to help her. Before I knew it, the room began to fill up as many other people flooded in, seeking Jesus' attention. I saw people at His feet, asking for help and praying to him. others were appearing behind me. I still had my arms around The Lord, refusing to let Him go. We were all confiding in Him and crying out to Him like weary souls.

What was Jesus' response? He didn't say anything. And He wasn't inconvenienced by our presence there in that room, In fact, it was like a silent welcome. He didn't have to speak. His very Presence provided a much-needed peace and an incredible sense of safety. I knew that as long as I was with Him, none of those demonic beings in that realm could touch me. I knew that this Man in white was my Salvation in this hellish world.

As we all continued to pour our hearts out before Jesus, everything went blurry and I woke up. I then grabbed my phone to start checking messages, not giving the dream much thought initially. But then I put my phone down and really began to ponder my dream.

"The Lord actually reached out to me in my dream."

I felt very blessed!

I wanted to share this with my brothers and sisters in Christ to let you all know that in the midst of the darkness you experience, Jesus has still made Himself available to you. He wants you to cling to and hold onto Him. To pour out everything that is on your heart. If you belong to Christ, know that you are not a burden to Him.

First, Jesus drives the money changers and merchants out of the temple, refusing to let this sacred place of worship be exploited for financial gain. Later, Jesus curses a Fig tree for its refusal to bear fruit.  *Please read and meditate on these Scripture Passages*                                                         Prayer Sovereign Lord,  Grant me a clean heart. Holy Wednesday

Scripture Reference: Luke 22:1-6 Summary: As the Passover Feast approaches, the chief priests and scribes begin conspiring to kill Jesus. They discover they have an ally, Judas Iscariot, who agrees to betray Jesus for a price.                        Prayer Holy Savior, Many times we criticize Judas for betraying You. But how often have we betrayed Your Holy Majesty through our sins? Through our irreverence and sacrilege?  Lord, forgive us! Make us clean! Remove idolatry from our hearts and Give us hearts with total and committed loyalty to You. Let us not be entangled with the things of this world, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life. Renew a right spirit within us and help us to abide in You. Amen

Holy Week Update

Hello Everyone! Holy Week starts tomorrow and I just wanted to give you some updates. I am still planning on working on the Daniel devotions. I haven’t forgotten about them. I’ve been busy with work, church and just being exhausted.  As for Holy Week, I decided to do something different. Instead of writing my insights on Holy Week Scriptures (like I did last year), I decided to write prayers for each day. The Bible command us to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Also, it is impossible to have a devotional life without prayer. I will post the Sculpture references and encourage reading them as well as praying. Also feel free to look back at the Holy Week devotionals from last year.  May God bless you as you pursue Him!
